I can't remember my account email or password. How do I log in?
If you can't remember your password or can’t recall if you’ve ever created one, go to the Log In page and click on the Forgot Password link below the Password field. On the next screen, enter your Sam Edelman Loyalty email and click Submit. If an account exists with that email, you will receive an email to reset your password.
If you don’t receive a reset password email, please be sure to register your Sam Edelman Loyalty account online using the same email you originally signed up with.

Can customers outside of the U.S. be Loyalty members?
This is currently a U.S.-only loyalty program. Customers using the Borderfree shipping service on our websites will not be eligible for benefits or loyalty offers.
What is my birthday benefit and when do I get it?
Let’s celebrate! As a Sam Edelman Loyalty member, you’ll receive a 15% perk for your birthday (“Birthday Perk”). To receive your Birthday Perk, you must register as an Sam Edelman Loyalty member at least two weeks prior to your birthday month and be subscribed to marketing emails. We may elect to offer alternative Birthday Perks at our discretion.
I’m currently an Loyalty member. How can I see my account information online?
You can view your Sam Edelman Loyalty account information by logging into your account. Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your Account page.
If you created your Loyalty account in store but haven’t yet registered your account online, click here to register your account online. Be sure to use the same email you signed up with in store.
How can I update the personal information on my account like name, address, birthday, or email address?
There are two simple ways to update your name, address, birthday, preferences, or email address:
1. Log in to your account on www.samedelman.com and go to your Loyalty page. Select “Profile then click “Contact Information” to update your name, email address or birthday. Select “Address Book” to update your addresses. Click “Add/Edit Saved Address(es)” to add, edit or delete your shipping and billing address(es) as needed. When you’re done, click “Save Changes.”

I signed up for emails. When will I receive my $10 off credit?
Email Subscribers will receive their first coupon within a week of registering. If this date has passed, we recommend checking the spam blocker for your email account, as this may have prevented the message from reaching you in a timely manner.
